● Delivery may take longer during holidays, adverse weather conditions, or strikes.

  1. International Shipping

We are proud to offer global shipping to most countries.

● International Order Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 3 days.

● This time may vary depending on the country and/ or any processing time by the delivery partners.
● Return pickups are not available for international orders.
● Additional shipping charges apply based on the delivery country.

  1. Order Status Updates and Tracking

You can log in to your account to check the status of your order and track delivery.

● New: Order placed, pending processing.
● Processing: Order is being prepared and packaged.
● Shipped: Order dispatched, tracking details provided.
● On Hold: Action required or under review; please contact us for clarification.
● Cancelled: Order cancelled either by the customer or by us. Contact us for details.
● Returned: Delivery failed after three attempts; contact us for re-shipping options (additional charges apply).

  1. Cancellation Policy

● Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
● Once dispatched, cancellations or modifications are not possible.
