Refund Policy

At Teruo, we strive to deliver the best quality products and customer satisfaction. However, if there are issues with your order, our return and refund policies are here to help.

  1. General

● We will only be able to consider refundsaand/or returns of damaged or defetected products only.
● The product quantity must be more than 75% of the original packing size to be eligible for a return.
● Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of the product. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

  1. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us at teruocosmetics@gmail.com with details of the issue. Upon verification:

● We will arrange for a pickup and replace the product.
● Alternatively, you can receive store credits for a future purchase.

  1. Incorrect Product/Quantity Shipped

In case the wrong product or quantity is delivered:

● Notify us at teruocosmetics@gmail.com immediately.
● We will replace the incorrect items with the correct products within 7 days.

  1. Product Replacement

If you wish to exchange a product for another variant:

● Submit your replacement request within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

  1. Refunds

● Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method in cases of duplicate payments.
● Refunds for other concerns will be issued after verification of the returned product.

When will I receive my refund?

● Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item or the online tracking confirms delivery to our address.
● In case of refund it will be credited to source account within 15 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  1. How to Raise a Return or Refund Request

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Email us at teruocosmetics@gmail.com with details of the issue and a return request.
  2. Provide necessary order details and proof (as applicable).
  3. Management Discretion

Refund amounts and eligibility will be determined solely by Teruo Cosmetics based on the
Situation, on a case-by-case basis.
